1. Purpose of the Application

This application form is intended for individuals or companies applying for membership in the Mozambican Association of Safari Operators (AMOS). All applications are subject to review and approval by the Association's Board of Directors.

2. Accuracy of Information

The applicant declares that all information provided in this application is true, complete, and up to date, and accepts full responsibility for its accuracy and authenticity.

3. Documentation

The application must be accompanied by the required supporting documents, including:

• A copy of a valid Business License;
• A copy of the Identity Card or Passport of the legal representative;
• Any additional documents that AMOS may consider necessary.

4. Personal Data Protection

The personal information provided will be used exclusively for the purposes of processing the application, managing membership records, institutional communication, and complying with AMOS's legal obligations.

5. Use of Information

AMOS undertakes not to disclose the information provided to third parties, except where required by law or with the applicant's express authorization.

6. Application Approval

Submission of this application does not imply automatic acceptance. The AMOS Board of Directors shall decide on the admission of the applicant in accordance with the Association's Articles of Association.

7. AMOS Rights

AMOS reserves the right to request additional documentation or information whenever necessary to assess the application.

8. Acceptance

By submitting this application, the applicant declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Association's Articles of Association and Internal Regulations.
