1. Purpose of the Application

This application form is intended for individuals or companies applying for membership in the Mozambique Association of Safari Operators (AMOS). All applications are subject to review and approval by the Association's Board of Directors.

2. Accuracy of Information

The applicant declares that all information provided in this application is true, complete, and up to date, and accepts full responsibility for its accuracy and authenticity.

3. Required Documentation

The application must be accompanied by the required supporting documents, including:

• A copy of a valid Business License;
• A copy of the Legal Representative's Identity Card or Passport;
• Any additional documents that AMOS may require.

4. Personal Data Protection

The personal information provided will be used exclusively for processing the membership application, managing membership records, institutional communications, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

5. Use of Information

AMOS undertakes not to disclose the information provided to third parties, except where required by law or with the applicant's express authorization.

6. Membership Approval

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance as a member. Admission is subject to approval by the AMOS Board of Directors in accordance with the Association's Articles of Association and internal regulations.

7. AMOS Rights

AMOS reserves the right to request additional documentation or information whenever necessary to properly assess the application.

8. Acceptance

By submitting this application, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Articles of Association and Internal Regulations of the Mozambique Association of Safari Operators (AMOS).
